Adrianne and Kristal helped us when we relocated from Dallas, TX to the Fort Collins area. We started off with no real knowledge of Colorado neighborhoods. The first visit out we ran poor Kristal ragged with driving different neighborhoods all over Southern Colorado. We initially planned to buy after 12 months of the initial search. After our first visit we were so in love with CO we decided to move the moving date up substantially. Kristal and Adrianne were right there to help switch us from "fact finding" mode into "house finding mode" We wound up driving them all over CO and settled on a great neighborhood near Fort Collins. Lee listed my townhouse and I had a full price offer in less than 24 hours. Lee began with doing a walk through of my home and giving me suggestions on ways to make my home show its greatest potential. Lee did a market analysis of homes in my area and suggested a selling price higher than homes had sold for in my area in the past. Needless to say, I was a little skeptical, but obviously she was right on since it sold immediately. Lee has a complete grasp of the Colorado real estate market. My house was built in 1984 and during the inspection phase, the new buyer requested several electrical outlets brought up to 2016 Code. Lee pointed out that the items requested were not a hazard and not faulty, only suggestions from the buyer's inspector. Lee's arguments were convincing and the sale went through without problems. I wanted to take this time to tell everyone how satisfied we are with Kristal as our real estate agent.
